Position: Digital Analytics & Data Consultant – Marketing Performance Focus
Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid/Flexible)
We’re working with a fast-growing analytics consultancy that partners with well-known enterprise brands to elevate how they collect, manage, and activate digital marketing data. They're now looking for an experienced Digital Analytics & Data Consultant to support their client portfolio with technical implementation, measurement strategy, and performance insights across digital channels.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with both internal technical experts and client stakeholders. You’ll design tracking solutions, manage integrations, and help turn raw data into powerful marketing decisions. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical analytics foundation who enjoys client engagement and the commercial impact of smart data.
Develop and manage end-to-end digital analytics setups for websites and mobile apps.
Implement and troubleshoot tag management and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics).
Design and support data pipelines and integrations using cloud environments like BigQuery.
Create dashboards and visual reporting via tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
Lead client workshops to understand marketing objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Support QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement across tracking environments.
Work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product teams to embed data solutions.
3–5 years in digital data, marketing analytics, or similar roles, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client setting.
Solid experience with digital measurement platforms (Google/Adobe) and tag management systems.
Comfort with cloud-based data warehousing and SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience producing dashboards and business-facing insights using modern BI tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to solve real-world business problems with data.
If you're passionate about helping brands make smarter decisions with their marketing data and want to work in a technically curious, team-driven environment, this could be your next move.
